In an effort to provide the best service we can to UBC's research partners, we are asking for your help in completing a client satisfaction survey relating to the recent establishment of your research project.

All results from the survey will be presented on an aggregate and anonymous basis, and used solely for the purpose of evaluating our performance. The security and privacy of your information is assured. No fields are mandatory (allowing for anonymous submission), and fields requesting project title and contact information are included only to allow us to investigate and better understand any issues identified.
